 MAIL TO: POST OFFICE BOX 900536, PALMDALE, CA 93590.  PLEASE DO NOT OVER NIGHT WITH FED EX, NOR UPS, DUE TO SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT.   WE HAVE TWO OFFICES AND  WE ARE ONLY AT THE MEMORIAL PARK WHEN MEETING WITH FAMILIES, WITH THIS SAID, WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERIES THAT REQUIRE OFFICE PERSONEL SIGNATURE.    OUR GATES ARE OPEN 365 DAYS A YEAR WITH GATE HOURS OF 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM, DAILY, WEATHER PERMITTING.  

DECORATING:   FRESH FLOWERS ONLY PLEASE AS PER OUR FLORAL REGULATIONS, FLOWERS ONLY, ESTABLISHED 1959, IN A REGULATED GROUND VASE.    PLEASE REFER TO OUR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE MEMORIAL PARK.   OUR MANAGER DOES NOT MAKE THESE REGULATIONS, THESE REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN IN OUR FLORAL REGULATIONS SINCE 1959, flowers only.  

DUE TO CEMETERY MAINTENANCE STANDARDS, THE ONLY CHANGE TO OUR FLORAL REGULATIONS IS THAT WE REQUIRE FRESH FLOWERS ONLY. 

FOR HOLIDAYS SUCH AS VALENTINE'S DAY,  EASTER, MOTHER'S DAY, FATHER'S DAY, BIRTHDAY  ( PLEASE CALL US TO LET US KNOW)  MEMORIAL DAY, FLAG DAY, 

 NOVEMBER 2-3 ( Families are welcome on November 2-3 to bring food and picnic with  their loved on on these two days)  and VETERAN'S DAY AND ALL DECORATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED BY 6:00 PM ON THE DAY OF SAID HOLIDAY. 

Our goal is to give you the opportunity to have fun decorating with your loved one on holidays, however again, all items placed are at your own risk, and must be removed by 6:00 pm the day of holiday, (excluding the dates of 12/17 through 1/9 see below)  to avoid them being discarded the following morning by our removal company to resume maintenance.

 CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS:

Please be advised  that any and all decorations placed in our memorial park, are being placed at your own risk. Desert Lawn Memorial Park will not be responsible for theft, or vandalism.  We work hard to keep our memorial park safe, peaceful and relaxing.  If we have a service in your area of garden, we reserve the right to gently place your belongings a side to enable us to use   our tractor into  memorial garden for preparation and completion of  interment, (burial) if need be.

DECEMBER 17 THROUGH JANUARY 9, EACH YEAR, WE WILL ASK OUR REMOVAL COMPANY TO REFRAIN FROM REMOVING ITEMS ON THESE HOLIDAYS, SO THAT YOU MAY DECORATE YOUR LOVED ONE'S SITE ( AT YOUR OWN RISK, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT) 

FROM 12/17 THROUGH 1/9 ( artificial flowers are permitted from 12/17 through 1/9 of each year, as well as CHRISTMAS TREES,  ALL ITEMS MUST BE  REMOVED BY JANUARY 9,  so that we may resume maintenance the following day, to keep the memorial park maintained as per California State Cemetery Law to maintain cemetery standards.       

We provide a large  size canopy and chairs at no charge to your family.  There will be no charge to witness the lowering and backfill, should your family desire to be present for the completion of full interment, if the backhoe is not in use.  If your property choice is next to a LARGE TREE, we may need to place the canopy a bit further away due to the tree.

All services are to be scheduled Monday through Friday from the time window of 9:00 am through 2:00 pm, the latest to be scheduled.  If a Saturday Service is requested, based on availability , there will be an additional $1595.00 added to the contract for a Saturday Service. 

PAYMENTS FOR BEFORE NEED ACCOUNTS:  YOU MAY MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO POST OFFICE BOX 900536, PALMDALE, CA 93590, or  you may place your paperwork into our security door, where it will sit until we are able to retrieve.  PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR FROM YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.  NO IN PERSON PAYMENTS FOR BEFORE NEED ACCOUNTS.

WE FERTILIZE TWICE A YEAR AND CULTIVATE THE GRASS FOUR TIMES A YEAR TO KEEP THE GRASS AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE, UP ON THE HILL, IN THE DESERT AND WIND.   OUR GRASS WILL BE DORMANT DURING THE WINTER MONTHS AND CHANGE FROM FLUSH GREEN TO GREEN/ YELLOW, DUE TO DORMANT STATE.   PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS OF OUR GARDENS WHEN THE GRASS IT AWAKE IN THE SPRING/SUMMER/FALL MONTHS.
